Who should attend MCDST Training?

Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification courses are intended for entry-level computer support and professional customer service workers who support the daily use of Microsoft Window's desktop operating systems and applications.

Prerequisites

No pre-requisite courses are required for Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician training. Course participants should have experience using a personal computer with a Microsoft Windows operating system.

MCDST Course ID | Exam ID:

The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification requires a candidate to pass two required exams. The required exams are the 70-271 and 70-272 exams. The CESD course is intended to Support Users and Applications Operating with the Microsoft Windows XP operating System

MCDST Certification Path:

The Microsoft certification exams required for earning your MCSDT certification is 70-271 and 70-272. The official Microsoft MCDST training information and certification paths can be found by clicking here. Students that are pursuing an MCDST 2003 may use the MCSDST certification exam as an "elective".
